1. Design and Planning: Develop a design plan for the dining chair based on requirements and design requirements, and determine the required materials and dimensions.
2. Material procurement and preparation: According to the design plan, purchase the required solid wood and metal materials, and process and prepare them for subsequent use.
3. Making a frame: Firstly, according to the design drawings, cut the metal material into appropriate sizes, bend and connect them to create a metal frame for the dining chair.
4. Make seats and backrest: Next, use solid wood material to make the seats and backrest parts of the dining chair. This usually involves cutting, carving, and polishing wood to ensure its smoothness and comfort.
5. Assembly and finishing: Once the frame, seat, and backrest parts are completed, assembly can begin. Assemble the metal frame and wooden components, and secure them with screws and other connectors. In addition, the dining chairs can also undergo precision processing techniques such as painting or coloring.
6. Quality inspection and packaging: In the final stage of the production process, quality inspection is carried out on the dining chairs to ensure that they comply with relevant standards and requirements. Then, package the dining chairs for transportation and sales.
